Steve Rowe 8th Dan in Karate and International Tai Chi teacher will be providing an introduction to the Shikon training system.
This seminar will cover
1) The key principles to follow for training in any Martial Art
2) Methods of power sourcing and how to use it
3) How to make effective use of the bodyline, distance, angles and timing when using
- kickboxing forms
- open and closed hand strikes
- elbow strikes
- joint locking
Steve Rowe 8th Dan Karate and International Tai Chi teacher is the Chief Instructor of Shikon International and is also holds Dan grades in Jodo, Iaido and Ju jitsu. For many years he has been a regular columnist in Martial Arts Illustrated.
Steve is the Chairman of the Martial Arts Standards Agency, the body set up to promote quality standards within the Martial Arts. Steve teaches a pragmatic approach to the Martial Arts backed up by many years of dedicated training and instructing students. All participants will gain from his knowledge, which he transfers easily to participants at his seminars.
This is a multi style event, all styles and grades are welcome.
