Summer Holiday Fun – Free Workshops
Fun, fitness, Dance and Martial Arts Classes for Kids
During the holidays we are running free 1 hour workshops that are supported and paid for by Basingstoke Council, Asda Sporting Chance and Shin Gi Tai
Love music, love dancing?
Fun, funky, high energy workout. Boys and Girls you’ll love Combat Groove, a mix of Dance, Martial Arts and Acrobatics.
5th August – Everest Community College Popley (16:30 – 17:30)
6th August – Kempshott Village Hall (10:00 – 11:00)

31st July – Mixed Ages 5 – 12 years Active Life Centre Houndmills (16:15 – 17:15)
4th August – Little Dragons 4 – 6 Basingstoke Aquadrome (16:00 – 16:45)
20th August – Young Legends 5 – 9 years Kempshott Village Hall (10:00 – 11:00)
27th August – Urban Warriors 10 – 16 years Kempshott Village Hall (10:00 – 11:00)
Come and have a try at traditional Karate, learn some new things, play some martial arts games and have fun
13th August – FAMILY CLASS (5 yrs+) Kempshott (10:00 – 11:00)
Parents / Carers, come and try our fantastic class involving martial arts, fun and games with your child. Enough fun to keep even the biggest kids entertained. (Yes Mums and Dads we mean you)!
6th September – DON’T BULLY ME! Sherborne St John (14:00 – 17:00)
Bullying doesn’t have to be a part of your child’s life. Let us teach them to be prepared with strategies to recognise and deal with bullying, non physical ways of dealing with it, how to get help and as a last resort how to defend themself. This is a 3 hour course and includes anti bullying and self defence booklets. The Workshop costs £15.
Places are limited on these courses and must be booked in advance.
