We are holding a Multi Style seminar with all the proceeds going to raise money for the Japan Relief Fund through the British Red Cross. The seminar is suitable for all levels.
There will be refreshements, a raffle and an equipment sale.

- Long and Medium range strikes of Karate – Bryan Andrews 5th Dan
- Pressure Point fighting – Tony Pillage 4th Dan
- Grappling, throws and takedowns of Judo – Len Dunce 1st Dan and Paul Hamilton 1st Dan
