Basingstoke Fitness and Circuits Class

 

Basingstoke fitness classIf you are looking for a good fitness class in Basingstoke that will help you to get fitter and healthier and have tried traditional circuits or boxercise or Legs, bums and tums type classes in Basingstoke and now want to do something different, then trying our MMA Workout class is the next step forward. This class isn’t a Martial Arts class, it’s first and foremost a fitness class that uses some Martial Arts techniques to help you get fitter.

 

This exercise class is a good general fitness class that works on the core principles of Martial Arts to help you get fitter, stronger and more flexible. This class is a pure workout, designed to use the great moves that are taught in a Martial Arts class, using lots of equipment and some great circuits to workout those muscles.

 

Basingstoke gyms Each class starts with a good warm up to raise the body temperature and some stretching to your get your body ready for the rest of the class, we’ll follow this up with some conditioning work, typically each class will focus on the Core muscles (good for back, legs, bums and tums.) In addition each week we’ll focus on other parts of the body for example working on the legs or arms to make sure you get a good all round level of fitness and don’t neglect to work all parts of the body.

The Aquadrome Basingstoke circuit training using the equipment in our Basingstoke Martial Arts and Fitness centre coupled with some great Martial Arts techniques and exercises as used by some of the fittest athletes in the world. Circuit training this way is one of the best methods of exercising as it provides excellent all round fitness, tone, strength, flexibility and a reduction in weight and inches. In short, with this kind of workout you can get maximum results in minimum time.

 

Each class will finish with some deep stretching and relaxation as a cool down for those tired muscles.
